All our consultation or support sessions are 100% free of cost. As a new customer you are only charged after the initial discovery or session call just before the beginning of the onboarding.
We use Time Doctor to track fulfiller’s hours of work, activity and productivity. Time Doctor is a leading time management and reporting tool used around the globe by thousands of companies to ensure productivity. Time Doctor provides collects, assembles and dispatches a detailed report to you on fulfiller activity during his/her work hours. We don’t provide only virtual assistants but actual leaders in roles unjustly described under the term “Virtual Assistant”. We believe focus and “Quality of Quantity” is integral part of any VA or company’s success.
Therefore, we only provide VAs for a minimum of 8 hrs a day, 40 hrs a week, 160 hrs a month. We don’t provide part time VAs, neither we plan to do so in future.

If you are a customer you can request support directly from the Customer Support Manager particularly assigned to you.
Absolutely Yes. You are only charged for the services you use.
Once you have onboarded a Virtual Assistant you’ll be charged upfront for every 80 hours based on the hourly rate. You’ll be refunded the difference incase a VA fails to clock the requisite hours or is not accepted.
Yes, all our Virtual Assistants go through a multi step hiring process. This involves verification of their agents, credentials, background and experience.
Our recruitment process is strict & incorporates a Zero Tolerance Policy. Any VA or User found in violation of our ZT Policy is instantly and permanently barred from our services and/or contracts.
Tools are in majority dependent on the type of activity a VA is expected to perform, therefore all the tools necessary for furthering of the objectives of your company are expected to be provided by you. Thus empowering you to create your own work flow pattern for VA to trail upon.
However, we do provide

Free of cost. These tools enable the fulfiller to perform his/her job and to stay in touch.
We don’t charge a cancellation fee but fee for the services used is deducted from the amount already paid accordingly.
No we do not offer postpaid packages. All of our packages are pre-paid and all charges are upfront and must be paid before you are allowed to use our services.
