Video Resume
You record a minute long introductory video of yourself outlining your contact information, credentials, hobbies and any other useful information. After that you either upload the video to your google drive and email us the link at [email protected] or WhatsApp the video to +923117751592
The initial screening
Based on the video resume submitted, we evaluate if you are suitable for our company.
The Zoom Call Interview
If you are considered suitable, you’ll receive an email or a phone call with instructions on participating in a live interview on zoom or google meets. Please keep all of your credentials ready at hand during this call.
Offer Placement
Once you are approved by our HR Team and Company Board. An offer is communicated to you via phone call or email. If that offer is accepted, you are onboarded.
Pre-Onboarding Session
During pre onboarding session, you are introduced to the company and your job. This allows you & us to familiarize with each other.
Training Period
Our paid training period aka probationary period spans to maximum period of 90 business days. During this period we ensure that you are trained as per the market criteria and are ready for the market before being placed with a company.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Any candidate applying for a role a fulfiller must meet the minimum criteria listed below:
- Age: 18+
- Availability: Full Time
- Min. Education: Graduation
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spoken English
- Gender: No restrictions
- Separate room for 8 working hours min. (disturbance free);
- Table & Chair;
- High Speed Internet Connection (min. 15mbps);
- Laptop or PC with Minimum Core i3 Processor & 4GB Ram;
- Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS); and
- High Quality Headphones with Microphone.
