If you are found in breach of any of the terms provided below whether as a User or a Fulfiller, your account will be terminated and you’ll be permanently banned from IREKROOT services.
Other Miscellaneous Zero Tolerance Activities
With respect to your use of the Services and your participation in the Services, you agree that you will not:
- impersonate any person or entity;
- stalk, threaten, or otherwise harass any person, or unlawfully and unnecessarily carry any weapon;
- violate any federal, state, county, or municipal statute, rule, permit, ordinance, regulation, judicial decision, or other law;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers or networks or auxiliary services connected to or operated by the Services;
- post Information to or interact on the Services in a manner that is false, inaccurate, misleading (directly or by omission or failure to update information), defamatory, libelous, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, or illegal;
- use the Services in any way that infringes upon any third-party’s rights, including but not limited to: intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets, or any other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
- post, email, or otherwise transmit any malicious code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy, malform, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or data or telecommunications equipment or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information;
- “frame” or “mirror” any part of the Services, without our prior written authorization, or use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to us in order to direct any person to any other web site for any purpose;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile, or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Services or any software used on or for the Services;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, license, or sublicense the Services or access to any portion of the Services;
- use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, scrape, data mine, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Services or their contents;
- transfer or sell your User, Fulfiller, or partner account, password, and/or identification to any other party; or
- discriminate against or harass anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, or sexual orientation.
Fulfillment Partners – Zero Tolerance Activities
IREKROOT does not tolerate the use of alcohol, Cannabis, or any illegal drugs while performing tasks on or through the Services. If you have reason to believe your Fulfiller or contractor is under the influence of alcohol, Cannabis, or illegal drugs, please end the task immediately and report the situation to IREKROOT.
- A drug and/or alcohol test may be administered pre-employment or on request after a User complaint of alcohol, Cannabis, or illegal drug use, and a positive test result will result in immediate termination.
- Non-discrimination
- Refusal to accept or provide services based on a person’s race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, medical condition, marital status, or age is unacceptable and is protected under applicable federal or state law. This type of behavior is not tolerated by IREKROOT and will result in permanent loss of access to IREKROOT AND ITs SERVICES.
- Confidentiality
- If you are found in distribution of any material, ideas or information you became privy to during the course of your role as a user, trainee or fulfiller, whether for personal, commercial or any other purposes, you’ll be terminated and you shall be liable to legal proceedings.
- You understand that you have a continuing duty to comply with the clause provided above during non-working hours and even after when you have ceased to be a fulfiller, trainee, user or affiliated with IREKROOT in any manner.
- Misuse of User Property
- Unlawful use of any user property including but not limited to credit/debit cards, bank information or any other personal information for personal or commercial gains is strictly prohibited and such action will be reported to law enforcement.
